Section 33(1) in Assam Shops and Establishments Act, 1971
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette authorise any officer or authority subordinate to them to exercise all or any of the powers vested in them by or under this Act, except the power mentioned in Section subject to such restrictions and conditions. if any, as may be specified in the notification.
