Section 19(1) in The Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled, Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963
(1)The Government may by notification direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act, the power specified in sub-section (1) of Section 4, sub-sections (3) and (7) of Section 5, Section 18 and Section 25, shall, in relation to such matters and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification, be exercisable also by such officer or authority subordinate to the Government as may be specified in the notification.
