Section 249(e) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(e)the work in compressed air in a cofferdam or caisson is-(i)carried out in accordance with the procedure laid down in the relevant national standards;(ii)carried out by such building workers who have completed eighteen years of age and are medically examined as required under Rule 266.(iii)carried out under the supervision of a responsible person.
