On the prayer of learned counsel for the Union of India,
hearing of this matter is adjourned till 5th June, 2012. On that
date, the matter shall be listed under the same heading. Earlier
on 7th May, 2012, this matter had been listed and prayer was
made for adjournment to enable learned counsel for the defence
authorities to obtain instruction. Today, also the same prayer is
repeated. In these circumstances, I adjourn hearing of this
matter, but till the next date of hearing I restrain the
respondents from taking any further action against the
petitioner.
