The preceding rules shall be applied, as far as possible, to the Courts of the Subordinate Judges and Munsifs. Catalogues must be kept by every such officer of such Regulations, Acts, Gazettes, etc., as may be furnished by Government for the use of his office; and on receiving charge of any judicial post the relieving officer should satisfy himself that the Library of the Court to which he is appointed is complete and in good order, and the catalogue correct. Shout any book be found wanting or their condition materially damaged, he should report the fact without delay to the Judge to whom he is subordinate, or else he will be held answerable for the deficiency.
