Section 37(1) in Doctor Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University Uttar Pradesh Act, 2005
(1)An officer specified in Section 26 shall be liable to surcharge for the loss, waste or misapplication of any money or property of the [University] [Substituted for 'Sansthan' by U.P. Act 35 of 2006, Section 2.], if such loss, waste or misapplication is a direct consequence of his neglect or misconduct.
