Section 52(1) in Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1966
(1)Resistance frames shall be made entirely of fire resisting material and shall be so constructed and maintained that no outside part shall at any time become unduly heated. The resistances shall not be permitted to become so over-heated that a piece of dry newspaper placed in contact with any part would readily burn.
