Section 26(1) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forum for Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2018
(1)The Ombudsman may, by giving not less than three (3) months notice in writing under his hand addressed to the Chairperson of the Commission, resign his office:Provided that the Commission may relax the specified period of notice.
