Section 31(1) in Kerala General Sales Tax Rules, 1963
(1)The interest payable under sub-section (3) of Section 23 shall be remitted into the Government Treasury or paid by means of crossed cheques or crossed demand draft in favour of the assessing authority concerned either separately or along with the tax.
