12. Documents for age proof
. Wherever a birth certificate issued under the rules made under the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 (Central Act No. 18 of 1969) is not available, any one of the following documents shall be deemed to be proof of age of the child for the purposes of admission in Schools:(a)hospital/Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) register/record;(b)anganwadi record; and(c)declaration of the age of the child by the parent or guardian.
