10. Repeal.

- The East Punjab Essential Services (Maintenance) Act, 1947, (East Punjab Act, 13 of 1947), in its application to the State of Haryana, is hereby repealed.[Section 4-A inserted by Haryana Act No. 12 of 1981.]
