Section 20(20)(a) in Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (State Grid Code) Regulations, 2008

(a)This agreement shall be deemed to have commenced from....... and shall continue until it is terminated. In case of any differences or disagreements between the Transmission Licensee and the User in regard to any changes required from time to time to the terms of this agreement the same shall be resolved amicably failing which the matters shall be referred to the DERC.
