108. Bill deemed passed on House not accepting Council's recommendations.
- If the House does not accept any of the recommendations of the Council, the Bill shall be deemed to have been passed by both the Houses in the form in which it was passed by the House without any of the amendments recommended by the Council and a message to that effect shall be sent to the Council.Adjournment of Debate, Withdrawal and Removal of Bills
