The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 25.2.1971 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Basti in Revision No. 1826/303.
The present petition has been filed 50 years after the impugned order passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation and the Court does not find satisfactory the explanation for laches as given in paragraph no. 12 of the writ petition.
The writ petition lacks merit and is, hereby, dismissed.
