Section 22 in The Haryana and Punjab Agricultural Universities Act, 1970
22. The Librarian.
(1)The Librarian of a corresponding University shall be appointed by theVice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board and shall be in charge of the library.(2)The Librarian shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for all matters concerning the library.
