Section 25(2) in The Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950
(2)The determination of the Charity Commissioner under subsection (1) shall be final and conclusive; and upon such determination, no Deputy or Assistant Charity Commissioner other than the Deputy or Assistant Charity Commissioner specified by the Charity Commissioner shall proceed with the inquiry in regard to the public trust under section 19 or 22, as the case may be.
