Section 19(1) in RSWC Employees General Provident Fund Regulations, 1990
(1)If the person to whom any amount is to be paid under these rules is a minor or lunatic for whose state a manager or guardian has been duly appointed, the payment shall be made to such guardian or manager for the minors of lunatics benefit, and if no such guardian or manager has been appointed, the payment shall be made to such person or persons authorised by law to receive payment on behalf of the minor or lunatic.
