Section 3(o) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Jagir Resumption (Absorption of Jagir Employees) Rules, 1954
(o)For employees belonging to a Department other than the Revenue Department, the Appointing authority shall follow the same procedure as is described in sub-rules (e) to (n) above, as the case may be.
