The permission granted to the applicant college by the University under statute 64 is liable to be withdrawn if any of the norms prescribed in the statute 60 is violated. In case of such withdrawals, the permission shall be restored only when a satisfactory report is received by the University on an inspection that the norms prescribed in statute 60 have been duly complied with.......... ,
