46. Removal of Doubts and Difficulties.
- If any doubt or difficulty arises as to the first constitution of any authority of the University or as to the reconstitution thereof after the commencement of this Act, or otherwise, in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act which appears to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the doubt or difficulty :Provided that no such order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the commencement of this Act in respect of the first committee of any such authority.
