Section 66 in Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj Act, 1989
66. Civil jurisdiction.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Civil Procedure, Samvat 1977 and subject to the provisions of this Act, a Panchayati Adalat shall have jurisdiction over the concerned Halqa Panchayat area for which it has been constituted for the trial of such suits as are described in section 67.
