(3)Notwithstanding anything containing in sub-statute (1), if the Board considers it appropriate, there shall be a running advertisement on the web site of the Institute for various posts and applications received from time to time may be considered by the appropriate Departmental Committees and their recommendations shall be sent to the Director for taking appropriate action in accordance with the procedure for selection laid down by the Board from time to time.
