Section 5(1a) in The Orissa Irrigation Rules, 1961
(1a)All objections or suggestions called for under Rule 4-A shall be filed in duplicate before the Block Development Officer and a copy of each objection or suggestion, as the case may be, shall be kept open for the inspection of the public in the office of the Block Development Officer until final orders are passed on them under Rule 6-A.
