25. Power to call for information.
(1)The Board may at any time call for any information from the REIT or [holdco or SPV(s)] [Inserted by Notification No. SEBI/L.A.D.-NRO/GN/2016-17/022, dated 29.11.2016 (w.e.f. 26.9.2014).] parties to the REIT or any unit holder or any other person with respect to any matter relating to activity of the REIT.(2)Where any information is called for under sub-regulation (1), it shall be furnished within the time specified by the Board.
