Section 15(1) in Himachal Pradesh e-Stamping Rules, 2011
(1)All the offices or branches of the Central Record Keeping Agency or Authorized Collection Centers shall collect the amount of stamp duty from the Stamp Duty Payer, at the districts, sub-district and the places as specified by the Chief Controlling Authority, as the case may be.
