(1)The Academic Council shall consist of the following, namely:-

(i)The Vice-Chancellor-Chair Person

(ii)The Pro Vice Chancellor-Member

(iii)The Registrar-Secretary

(iv)Such other members as may be specified by-the Statutes.

(v)The Registrar Evaluation-Member

(vi)One nominee of the Chancellor-Member
