11. Power of the Chairman of the General Council.
- The Chairman of the General Council shall have the following powers, namely:-(a)to call for report on any matter pertaining to the affairs of the Council and offer suggestions for overall improvement of the functioning of the Council.(b)to preside over all meetings of the Council.
