Section 2(k) in The Orissa Nurses and Midwives Registration Act, 1938
(k)"trained dai" means a dai who has been granted a training certificate under the bye-laws made by the Council or who has been registered on an application made under Clause (d) of Sub-section (1) of Section 10; and
