Section 45(1) in The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Securitised Debt Instruments and Security Receipts) Regulations, 2008
(1)The registration granted under regulation 6 to a trustee who -(a)fails to comply with any conditions subject to which certificate has been granted;(b)contravenes any of the provisions of the Act, the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) or the regulations made thereunder -Provided that no such registration shall be cancelled or suspended unless the trustee has been given an opportunity of being heard in the manner as applicable in respect of cancellation or suspension of registration granted to any intermediary under the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992.
