Section 80(3) in The Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(3)The Collector may, by general or special order, delegate the powers conferred on him under this section to an Assistant or Deputy Collector or a Survey Officer as defined in the Bombay Land Revenue Code, 1879 (Bombay V of 1879).
