The learned General has informed this Court that ICU at B.D. Pandey Government Hospital, Nainital has been installed and is presently functional.
Regarding other district hospitals, where ICUs have to be installed, he has informed the Court that efforts are on and in all possibility the ICUs will be installed within two weeks.
Mr. Rakesh Thapliyal, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India has apprised the Court that All India Institute of Medical Sciences at Rishikesh is facing certain problems in its day to day functioning in present COVID-19 pandemic situation.
In case, they have any problem, they will apprise the concerned District Magistrate, who shall take action in accordance with law.
