Section 17(1) in The Orissa Motor Transport Workers' Rules, 1966
(1)The employer of every undertaking shall provide for the use of the motor transport workers at every place wherein one hundred motor transport workers or more ordinarily call on duty during everyday, an adequate canteen in or near the place wherein the undertaking is situated according to the standards prescribed in this rule :Provided that in suitable cases the State Government may relax one or more of the conditions.
