Section 233(1) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(1)No exhibition by cinematograph or other apparatus in which inflammable film is used, no public dramatic performance, circus, or pantomime, shall be given within the limits of the City except in premises for which a licence has been granted by the [Commissioner] [This word was substituted for the words 'Chief Executive Officer' by Bombay 79 of 1958, Section 3, Schedule.] under this section.
