Section 29(1) in Industrial Disputes (Appellate Tribunal) Act, 1950
(1)Any employer who contravenes the provisions of section 22 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
