Section 1 in Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Homes and Clinical Establishments (Registration and Licensing) Act, 1963
1. Short Title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called as the Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Homes and Clinical Establishments (Registration and Licensing) Act, 1963.(2)It extends to the whole state.(3)It shall come into force at once.
