Section 6(6) in Gujarat Electricity Regulatory' Commission (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019
6.1Provide schedules with periodic revisions as per these Regulations on behalf of all the Wind/Solar Generators connected to the pooling station(s) or individual Wind/Solar generator connected directly to the sub-station of transmission licensee / State Transmission Licensee / distribution licensee/ transmission licensee network/ distribution licensee network.
