Section 28(28) in Bangalore Mahanagara Palike Building Bye-laws 2003
28.1The provisions of bye-laws 22, 24, 25 and 26 and other provisions of the bye-laws are not intended to prevent use of any material or method of construction not specifically prescribed in these bye-laws provided such a work has been approved by the Authority.
