ORAL ORDER
(Per : MR.JUSTICE N.G.NANDI) FIRST APPEAL No 810 of 2003 Heard. Let the R&P of MACP No. 430 of 1995 decided on 30.11.2002 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.), Jamnagar be placed for perusal on 17.6.2003.
CIVIL APPLICATION No 2718 of 2003 Heard. On the applicant/appellant-Insurance Company depositing the entire awarded amount together with costs and interest within four weeks from today, the operation/execution of the impugned award shall remain stayed till the next date. The amount, if deposited, shall be invested by the Claims Tribunal as per the observations made in the impugned award. The amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited under Section 173 of the Act by the appellant shall be transmitted to the Claims Tribunal forthwith.
