6. Protection of rights of Bataidar.
(1)During the term of agreement the Bhumiswami shall not create any hindrance in the works being done by Bataidar as per the agreement.(2)On non-compliance of the conditions of agreement by Bhumiswami, the Bataidar shall have the right to take equitable action according to this Act.
