Section 48(1) in The Orissa Land Reforms (General) Rules, 1965
(1)Any officer entrusted with the performance of any duty under the Act may enter upon any land by giving reasonable and prior intimation to the owner or occupier of the land or any adult member of his family not being a pardahnashin lady.
