(1)An Grievance Redressal Cell shall be constituted in Industries department consisting of the following, namely: -

(1) Commissioner, Industries, Rajasthan	Chairperson
(2) Two officers of the Industries department,Member not below the rank of Deputy Director, Industries department,nominated by the in-charge of the Industries department,Government of Rajasthan.	Secretary
