Section 7(vi) in U.P. Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2018
(vi)The licensee shall not pollute the environment by storing the minerals or while utilising them in the proceesing plant or beneficiation plant or the factory.
