Petition filed under Section 438(1A) of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandun of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim anticipatory bail directing the respondent police to enlarge the petitioner (AZ) on bail in the event of arrest in connection with Grime No. 29/2021 of CID Police Station, Mangalagiri, Amaravati, Guntur District pending disposal of Crl.P.No. 7217 of 2021 on the file of High Court. . The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of _ Sri Posani Venkateswarlu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Advocate "General on behalf of respondent/State, the Court made the following ORDER :

"The petitioner is accused no.2 in F.I.R.No.29/2021 of C.1.D. P.S, A.P., Amaravathi. Without going into the merits of the case, on the notice issued on 10.12.2021 under section 160 Cr.P.C wherein the authorities have directed the petitioner to attend before the C.I.D. Regional office at Vijayawaa on 13.12.2021 at 10.00 A.M along with the information, to give such iniormation relating to the alleged offence and further stated that refusal of this order is punishable under Section 175 of I.P.C.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has relied on two medical reports pertainimtg to the petitioner one is dated 11.12.2021 issued by the Star Hospitals which reads as follows:

"This is to certify that Mr. K.Lakshmi Narayana, a 70 years old male vide MR No.0249874 presented to our hospital on 10.12.2021 at 05.00PM, with severe giddiness, recurrent vomiting, chest discomfort and severe sweating. He was noted to have high blood pressures (200/100mmHg). He was unable to stand due to giddiness. -His ECG revealed trifascicular block (RBBB+LAHB+prolonged PR interval). He was admitted to our intensive care unit with a provisional diagnosis of severe vertigo for evaluation, accelerated hypertension, trifascicular block and ? acute coronary syndrome. He is presently being treated in out ICCU. He had past history of severe vertigo and fluctuating blood pressures requiring hospitalization at our hospital. He is on regular OPD follow up. He needs to be in the hospital for further evaluation and management by Cardiologist and Neurologist. His expected hospital stay may vary depending on his recovery and may be up to 5 to 7 days."
Further in continuation to the said report, the further report was also placed on 12.12.2021 which reads as follows:
"In continuation of our certificate date 11.12.2021, we certify that Mr. Lakshmi Narayana, 70 years old male MR.No.0249874 is presently admitted in our ICU. He continues to have severe giddiness (vertigo) and is unable to stand. He also continues to have trifascicular block in ECG with fluctuating BP. He needs to be in ICU for further evaluation and treatment. He is not in a position to be shifted out of ICU for further evaluation and treatment. He is not in a position to be shifted out of ICU at this point of time. His expected stay in hospital may vary depending on his response to treatment and may vary from 5-7 days."
Learned Additional Advocate General, appearing on behalf on behalf of the respondent-State has submitted that at the time of issuing notice on 10.12.2021 they do not have the information with »fegard to the health condition of the petitioner and considering the 'above said reports, they are not going to take any coercive steps against the petitioner for the time being.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that knowing fully well about the medical condi-ion of the petitioner, though the complaint is made by the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (for short APSSDC) on 07.9.2021 and F.I.R was registered on 09.12.2021, the C.I.D. officials had conducted raids on 10.12.2021 at the house of the petitioner. In view of the said circumstances, the petitioner is apprehending that the respondents may arrest him for violation of the notice dated 10.12.2021.

Considering the submissions made by both the counsel, this court inclined to grant interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
In the result, the I.A. is allowed and the petitioner/A2 shall be enlarged on interim anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.29/2021 of C.I.D.Police station, Mangalagiri, Amaravati, Guntur District, on his executing self bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer, C.1.D. Police station, Mangalagiri, Amaravati, Guntur District.
