16. Death of inmates.
- In case of death of any of the inmates, the Superintendent or the Assistant Superintendent of the Home or Shelter shall immediately report the circumstances of the case to the Director, Chief Inspector, District Superintendent of Police and to the nearest Magistrate; copy of the report shall also be sent to the parents or guardians or relatives as the case may be of the inmate.
