Section 21C(1) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
(1)The election of a Co-operative Society or class of Co-operative Societies shall be held in a Special General Meeting on such date as may be fixed by the Registrar, Co-operative Societies or the Conducting Officer concerned.
