Section 2(n) in Himachal Pradesh Road Infrastructure Protection Act, 2002
(n)"prescribed authority" means any authority not below the rank of Junior Engineer of Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department, appointed by the Government, by notification, in the Official Gazette, to perform any or all of the functions as conferred upon him under this Act and the rules made thereunder;
