Section 13(1) in The Punjab State Faculty of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine Act, 1963
(1)The Faculty shall, with the previous approval of the State Government, appoint a Secretary who shall receive such salary and allowances and be subject to such conditions of service as may be prescribed by the rules made under this Act.
