Section 8(1) in The U.P. Consolidation Department Ministerial and Drawing Staff Service Rules, 1980
(1)A candidate for direct recruitment to the posts to which recruitment is to be made in accordance with the Subordinate Offices Ministerial Staff (Direct Recruitment) Rules, 1975, must possess the qualification as prescribed in the said rules.
