Section 23 in Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1972
23. Amendment of section 28 of Bom. 50 of 1949.- In section 28 of the principal Act, after clause (ix) the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
"(ixa) the maximum number of students to be admitted in a college".
