Section 11(1)(b) in The Punjab Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot (Acquisition and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1978

(b)the trustees and every person who, immediately before such vesting has in his possession, custody or control any books, documents or other papers relating to the Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, shall be liable to account for the said books, documents and papers to the State Government and shall deliver them up to the State Goverment or to such officer or other person as may be authorised by the State Government in this behalf.
